Specialist in Design Realisation

TokyoBlue Production Ltd

Technical direction and production management for ambitious live events.

I help agencies, production companies and global brands turn creative ideas into practical, buildable and deliverable event experiences — from early feasibility through to CAD, 3D modelling, production planning and onsite delivery.

What I do

Design realisation from desk to delivery.

Practical technical support for live events, corporate environments, brand activations and agency-led projects — built around clear drawings, sensible planning and calm onsite execution.

01

Technical Direction

Bringing creative, production and supplier teams together to make sure the idea can be designed, built, operated and delivered safely.

02

Production Management

Planning the moving parts: schedules, suppliers, site requirements, budgets, logistics, crew, kit and the detail needed to keep projects on track.

03

CAD Drafting

Clear technical drawings, layouts and production packs that help teams understand the space, the build and the practical route to delivery.

04

3D Modelling & Design

Visual and spatial development to test ideas, explain intent and support approvals, costing, supplier conversations and client presentations.

05

Costing & Feasibility

Early-stage thinking to stress-test concepts, flag risks, assess buildability and shape realistic options before the project is too far down the road.

06

Onsite Delivery

Hands-on leadership onsite, working with agencies, venues, suppliers and crew to turn drawings and plans into a polished live experience.

How I work

Creative ambition, grounded in technical reality.

Events move quickly. Concepts change, venues push back, budgets shift and the technical detail matters. TokyoBlue exists to sit between the creative ambition and the practical requirements of delivery.

I work with marketing agencies and production teams internationally, supporting projects for major global brands across the full production process — helping translate ideas into drawings, plans, supplier briefs and onsite action.

  • Clear, calm communication between creative and technical teams
  • Strong understanding of event environments, suppliers and site realities
  • UK and European passport holder for international projects
  • Detail-focused production support from concept to show day

Credentials

Memberships, training and trusted industry standards.

Alongside hands-on technical direction and production management experience, TokyoBlue is supported by relevant industry memberships, training and certification.
